The University’s Entrepreneurship Center is one of the modern centers established by King Saud University as a unique initiative added to other university developmental initiatives to contribute to building knowledge and sustainable development culture in our society in harmony with the development trends of the Ministry of Higher Education towards the elevation and progress of higher education. Today, academics are leading their way towards an educational style that interacts positively with applied and practical cases, and moving as intellectual pioneers to facilitate transfer of knowledge and technology with focus on applied research. Based on the university’s culture in our society in order to build a distinguished generation of the university’s sons and daughters in the various creative and innovative fields of knowledge economics, this ambitious center is taking its leadership role.

 

The importance of the Entrepreneurship Center, which is the first of its kind in Saudi universities, stems from its being the network complementing the university’s distinction and pioneering role, in addition to its integration with the requirements of Riyadh Knowledge Valley. Further, the center will be the university’s tool in supporting the concept of an entrepreneur university.

 

The center will also seek bridging the sustainable strategic relationship with the business sectors in our dear nation. It will enhance the principle of global partnership with unique universities to transfer and benefit from their experiences, enrich the academic programs of our university and bridge knowledge economy.
